Great export possibilities for Swedish cleantech in Hannover 2019

Content

At next year’s Hannover industrial fair, the Swedish Energy agency is one of the main partners. This provides a great opportunity for regional energy cleantech companies to reach an international market. All SMEs offering innovative cleantech solutions in energy efficiency, renewable energy or smart grids, including e-mobility and inter-of-things solutions, are welcome to participate.

It also includes possibilities to make pitch- or/and presentations for all participating SMEs. More information will be issued at a pre-fair meeting on the 7th of November at the Energy agency were we also plan how to organize the stand at the fair. One of the participants will be the regional SME company NODA, which offers demand optimization for district heating, and was one of the presenters at the Cleantech webinars during 2018.

The Swedish-German chamber of commerce will provide support to organize individual meetings at the fair. The initiative was made by the Swedish government in April 2018. The Swedish minister for EU and trade, Mrs. Ann Linde, who is also responsible for the funding of the Swedish participation at the event, says:

- “I see great opportunities for Swedish cleantech to strengthen their profile by Sweden being a partner country to the fair. The investment is in line with our export strategy and our ambition to help Swedish business to reach a global market and offer a platform to show ideas, collaborations and innovative solutions.

The Hannover Industrial Fair is open 1-5 of April 2019.
