Envia THERM GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG. With approx. 140 employees is by supplying energy (heat, electricity, natural gas, compressed air) an annual turnover of EUR 156 million earned.
The power is generated by conventional and as well as by regenerative plants. We are using the full range of raw materials, including natural gas, heating oil, brown coal, wind, water, biomethane and biomass. To fulfil the challenging task of supplying safe and environmentally friendly energy, our core tasks include the acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance of energy plants and complex supply systems. In addition, the company offers energy-related services.
At the Malchin industrial location, envia THERM operates a biomass thermal power plant to generate steam and electricity for industrial fims.
